How to install blowfish in my adiirc v4.2?

Sorry if this is a dumb question,
I have looked at the wiki help but I don't know how to perform step 4:
Type: //load -rs $qt($adiircdirScripts_10.ini)
Where do I have to type this command? Can you tell me step by step what option to do in my client to be able to do step 4.
I would also like to know if this blowfish supports cbc mode, otherwise I won't be able to decode the channel messages.
ps: I have downloaded this file "blowfish64_1.1.zip" and unzipped it in the scripts folder of my client as indicated in the instructions. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

You type the command in the Editbox, where you type regular messages.
It does support CBC, CBC is the default encryption mode.

I think the blowfish has loaded it correctly. I got the following information screen, which I assume is correct.

Yes, you can now right-click a blank area in the messages area in a channel to open a right-click menu where you can set a password for that channel.
You can join #adiirc on irc.libera.chat if you have more questions, there are some users using the plugin/script there.
