Disable who on connect

Hello everyone ,
Please can you tell me how to disable the who channel when you connect to the server?
When you connect, it releases the who of users on each channel you enter.
disable that option..

AdiIRC does not perform /WHO requests unless https://dev.adiirc.com/projects/adiirc/wiki/Server_Options#Track-users-away-status is enabled.
Also check if you have any scripts that performs /WHO or /ialfill.
If you are using ZNC with multiple clients connected, check if it's one of them or even ZNC itself.
You can use the Rawlog to monitor for any outgoing /WHO requests from AdiIRC.
