Hello,
I tried to use /DNS nickname while was not joined into any channels, and the reply was no such user, i did a small research and find out that mIRC's one /dns nickname uses /userhost (IRCD) command in order to get nickname host if it doesn't exist on IAL.
Step to reproduce:
Connect on a network -> /dns nickname (without /whois first) -> results will be no such user.
