Description
Inspircd has a geolocalization module with add to whois user country (RPL_WHOISCOUNTRY 344), they also have recently added the same thing for ASN (RPL_WHOISASN = 569, RPL_STATSASN = 800).
It should be fine having support for this reply available on adiirc.
