Description

When selecting "ignore timestamps for consecutive messages", AdiIRC removes timestamps for same-nick consecutive messages. It would be nice to have an option to expand this to all nicks. I.e. only if the time actually changed will a new timestamp appear, regardless of nick. This makes sense for example when only hours:minutes are displayed.
