Change CPU load monitor to total load instead of per core load

Description
Hello,
I just saw that the CPU graph tool (under Customize in Toolbar) and the $cpuload are not working, its always 0 and maybe sometimes going to 1 but the values are incorrect (according the Task Manager and yes i know this may differ), the ram memory seems correct btw.

It is working and correct, but it measures differently than the task manager does. I changed it to how task manager does it.
