$decompress(file|&bvar, blN)
Decompresses the specified file or binary variable.
Not compatible with mIRC compressed files_
Can be used to decompress theme files.
Parameters
file|&binvar - File or &binvar to decompress.
blN - b indicates a &binvar is specified. iN = TODO
