Returns the download name during a on DOWNLOAD event.

$download(name,[N])
Returns information about a the Nth download.
Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
| name | Name to lookup, can be a wildcard. |
| [N} | If N = 0, number of matches, otherwise the Nth match. (optionally) |
