/bindip [on|off] <ipaddress/adapter>
Bind or toggles ip address/network adapter for DCC transfers.
/bindip with no parameters shows current status.
Parameters
on - Sets bind on.
off - Sets bind off.
<ipaddress/adapter>* - IpAddress or Network Adapter to bind to.
