/describe <nick|#channel> <message>

Sends an emote/action message to nick or channel.

Same as /me but /me can only send emote/action to the current active window.

See also /me, /ame, /msg, /nmsg, /omsg, /notice, /onotice.

Parameters

<nick|#channel> - Nick or #channel to send the message to.
<message> - The emote/action message to send.

Example

; Sends 'Hello World' to channel '#test'.
/describe #test Hello world

; Sends 'Hello World' to 'Nick'.
/describe Nick Hello world
