/flash [-cbNrNwN] [window] <text>
Flashes the main window or the specified window but only if AdiIRC is not the active application.
Switches
-c - Clears all flashing windows.
-bN - Beep N times.
-rN - Repeat the flash N times.
-wN - TODO
Parameters
[window] - The window to flash.
<text> - TODO
