on <level>:CLIENTTEXT:<matchtext>:<#?=!@>:<commands>*

Triggers whenever the client sends a client text to any window, $1- will hold the original client text, can be halted using /halt.

Parameters

<level> - The level for the event to trigger.
<matchtext> - Matchtext to listen to.
<*#?=!@> - The Matchtarget to listen to.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
