on <level>:CLIENTTEXT:<matchtext>:<*#?=!@>:<commands>

Triggers whenever the client sends a client text to any window, $1- will hold the original client text, can be halted using /halt.

Parameters

<level> - The User Access Level for the event to trigger.
<matchtext> - The Matchtext to listen to.
<*#?=!@> - The Matchtarget to listen to.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.

on *:CLIENTTEXT:*:*:echo -ag the client text was $1-

; Halt the "Rejoined #channel" client text.
