on <level>:INPUT:<*|#|?|=|!|@>:<commands>
Triggers when you enter text in an Editbox and press enter.

Parameters
<level> - The level for the event to trigger.
<*|#|?|=|!|@> - The Matchtarget to listen to.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
Example
on *:INPUT:#:echo -ag Sending the text $1- to channel $chan
