on <level>:NICK:<commands>
Triggers when a user changes nickname while on the same channel as you.
See also $newnick.
Parameters
<level> - The level for the event to trigger.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
Example
on *:NICK:echo -ag $nick is now known as $newnick
