on <level>:OPTIONS:<commands>
Triggers whenever the config file is reloaded.
Parameters
<level> - The level for the event to trigger.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
Example
on *:OPTIONS:echo -ag Config file was reloaded
