Triggers when you receive a PONG reply from the server after sending it a ping.

Parameters
<level> - The level for the event to trigger.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
Example
on *:PONG:/echo -ag PONG reply from $nick is $1-
