on <level>:UNOTIFY:<commands>
Trigger when a user in your notify list leaves IRC.
Parameters
<level> - The level for the event to trigger.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
Example
on *:UNOTIFY:echo -ag $nick just came online
