/vnotice [#channel] <message>
Sends a notice message to all voiced users in a channel.
If channel is not defined, current channel will be used.
You must be a voiced user to use this command.

Parameters

| [#channel] | Channel where the voiced users are located. |
| <message> | Messages to send. |
