Delay autojoin on server connect

Shows a window that has tabs. I'm on Windows; and my server list doesn't look like that and I don't see any delay option.
Can I edit a configuration file somewhere? I looked at servers.ini but I don't see anything that would make sense as a login delay.

You are using the old Serverlist, you can enable the new one in Options -> Server -> Use new serverlist, unfortunately because they work differently, you will have to manually copy/setup your the new Serverlist, you can open both at the same time using the /serverlist command.
If you don't want to migrate, you can use the /sleep command in the perform section, e.g /sleep 5 /join #chan1,#chan2,#chan3.
