Description

Hello,

I wanna suggest to update to the latest TLS version, almost all clients out there have been updated and using tlsv1.3 , it would be nice to see AdiIRC to use 1.3 instead, there are a lot of reasons of why to do that, 2 of them are the most important here :)

1. Better security.
2. Faster than all previously versions.

.NET framework 4.5 does not support TLS 1.3 and there are no plans to switch framework at this time, also Windows 10 has only experimental opt-in support for TLS 1.3.
