Description

Hello,

I wanna suggest to update to the latest TLS version, almost all clients out there have been updated and using tlsv1.3 , it would be nice to see AdiIRC to use 1.3 instead, there are a lot of reasons of why to do that, 2 of them are the most important here :)

1. Better security.
2. Faster than all previously versions.
