/dcc <send/chat> <nick>

Starts a dcc file transfer or dcc chat request to nick.

TODO: get, ignore, nick, passive, reject, trust.

Paramters

<ssend/send/chat> - The dcc action to start.
<nick> - The nick to send the dcc action to.

Example

;Starts a dcc file transfer to Nick.
/dcc send Nick

;Starts a dcc chat request with Nick.
/dcc chat Nick
